Your apartment is tastefully finished in light, neutral colors and includes adjustable blinds and plush carpeting for your privacy and comfort. Enjoy year round comfort with electric baseboard heat and air conditioning that you control. The well equipped kitchen lets you cook for yourself.  If you prefer, you can order prepared lunches Monday - Friday and have them delivered to your door.  There are emergency pull chords in the bedrooms and bathrooms in case of emergency.

At Pleasant Pointe we have everything you need.

Here you will enjoy these standard services: planned social activities, in-house mail pickup & delivery, coin-operated automatic laundry and delivery of grocery and pharmacy orders, and personal storage areas.

Also there are additional services you may enjoy are 24 hour maintenance service,  barber/beauty salon services on site, and enjoying lunch with friends in our lovely dining room located on the first floor Wednesday - Friday.  We also offer separate in-building accommodations for overnight guests and fully furnished model apartment that will allow you to see how cozy we are!

We are more affordable than you think! One low monthly payment also covers all maintenance and utilities expenses.  Residents must be at least age 55. Come relax and enjoy life with us!
