Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Full-Time day/night shifts available
We are currently hiring full-time Certified Nurse Assistants to join our team. We are now offering a NEW WAGE & SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS FOR FULL-TIME DAY/NIGHT shift positions. Redbanks is a locally managed, community-focused, not-for-profit, Skilled Nursing Center located in Henderson, Ky. On this rotation, you work only 14 days a month and off every other weekend. Benefits include 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, Christmas bonus, tuition reimbursement, and meal plan $. Full-time rates $13-$17 per hour Monday-Friday and $16-$20 for Saturdays and Sundays.
Registered Nurse (Days)
New wage scale – Redbanks is in search of full-time Rn’s to join our growing team. Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit skilled nursing center located in Henderson, Ky. Redbanks offers 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation. Benefits include: $3 weekend shift differential, $3 shift differential for night shift, 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, Christmas bonus and tuition reimbursement. We are currently offering $4000 sign-on-bonus for full-time nurses. These bonuses are paid out in 30, 60, and 90 days. We have recently changed our wage scale for Registered Nurses.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in Building & Equipment Maintenance. This position assists in the repair and upkeep of the inside and outside of the facility. Maintenance Tech is responsible for painting, plastering, minor equipment repair, and other maintenance duties as required. MDS Nurse – RN
The MDS Nurse is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the federal and state assessment tool, the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for each identified resident. As a member of the professional nursing team, the MDS nurse also plays a key role in working with nursing leadership to influence nursing best practices within the organization. This position is in an on-call rotation.
Essential Job Functions:
•Demonstrates strong knowledge of Medicare PDPM & Medicaid Rugs reimbursement and financial implications of RUGS and PDPM.
•Exemplifies great customer service mindset and behavior with all residents, families, and responsible parties in assessments and care planning.
•Communicates effectively with all members of the team, especially all ancillary members who have MDS documentation requirements.
•Completes on-call responsibilities in accordance with a schedule provided by the Director of Nursing.
•Utilizes the MDS 3.0 User’s Manual as a reference for the completion of the MDS and CAAs.
•Completes all MDS assessments and documentation timely and accurately.
•Demonstrates strong assessment and patient care evaluation skills.
•Identifies and communicates resident problems, needs, and strengths effectively.
•Collects all pertinent information for each resident.
•Reviews and utilizes ADLs when completing Resident Assessment Instrument to determine the criteria for appropriate RUG level.
•Reviews admissions including care plans for any updates needed to provide for continuity of care.
•Participates in planning and adjustment of Medicare and traditional assessment scheduling.
•Assists with and teaches ADLs and/or care planning processes to other members of the care team.
•Assists with the performance improvement process as necessary.
•Works with the MDS Coordinator/Case Manager to initiate and maintain an accurate calendar for MDS due dates and updating other care plan team members as necessary.
•Ensures care plans are updated, realistic, attainable, and measurable.
•Attends regular meetings that reveal or identify changes in resident conditions.
•Nurse with Kentucky Rn license
•Long-term care nursing experience required.
•Proven experience in MDS completion preferred.
•Must be able to operate a fax machine, copier, scanner, and other basic office equipment.
•Must meet all legal and regulatory requirements of both federal and state governments and the Medicare/Medicaid systems.
