Laundry Aide part-time (Henderson)
Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit, Skilled Nursing Center located in Henderson, Ky. Benefits include: 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, Christmas bonus, tuition reimbursement and meal plan $.
Position Summary: Responsible for collecting, sorting, stacking, and distributing linens in compliance with laundry policies and procedures. Assists in keeping the laundry department neat, clean and orderly.
This is a part-time position.
Maintenance Tech Full-time (Henderson)
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in Building & Equipment Maintenance to join our team. Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused not-for-profit, Skilled Nursing Center located in Henderson, Ky. This position assists in the repair and upkeep of the inside and outside of the facility. Maintenance Tech is responsibility for painting, plastering, minor equipment repair and other maintenance duties as required. Certified Nurse Assistant full-time 36/48 hours (Henderson)
Redbanks is currently hiring full-time (rotation) 36/48 hours CNA's to join our Redbanks team. Redbanks is a locally managed, Community focused, not-for-profit, Skilled nursing center located in Henderson, Ky. We are currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.
Shift Differentials include:
$1 for12-hours shifts
$1.50 for night shift
$3.00 for Weekends (Saturday and Sundays)
Clinical Liaison Nurse (Henderson)
Redbanks is in search of full-time Clinical Liaison Nurse to join our growing team. Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit skilled nursing center located in Henderson, Ky.
Job Summary:
Identifies, manages and develops lead sources for Redbanks Skilled Nursing assigned market. Conducts on-site clinical assessments of potential patients and determines appropriateness for admissions. Facilitates all aspects of a smooth transfer/admission process. Conducts marketing activities as directed by the Executive Director.
Qualifications: Licensed Nurse (RN preferred)
Experience: A minimum of three years clinical experience and two years of long-term care experience. Customer service, sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
Receives leads from providers, facilities, or any customer source, and converts appropriate leads to drive census.
Manages and coordinates leads from key hospitals in the market.
In conjunction with facility requirements/abilities, clinically accesses patients to determine if the patient meets admission criteria.
Makes contact with potential lead as a representative of Redbanks. Assists with any questions from lead and/or family members.
Obtains the necessary medical and financial information to qualify patients for admission.
Facilitates patient placement based on clinical services needed, bed availability, patient/family preference, geographic location, etc.
Case Manager/MDS Coordinator (Henderson)
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the federal and state assessment tool, the Minimum Data Set (MDS). This position works extremely close with the MDS Nurses who actually complete the MDS assessments and most MDS documentation. This position primarily serves as an overseer to the MDS process in addition to being the primary clinical liaison with therapists, the restorative program, the admissions team, and the billing department. The position also assists with all level of care issues, including audits and RUG audits, as well as opening, reviewing, and submitting all assessments. One of the expectations of the position is to ensure all documentation is accurately recorded to produce an accurate case mix index.
Professional Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse with Kentucky licensure.
• Extensive and proven experience in MDS Coordination preferred.

NEW WAGE SCALE
Redbanks is in search of full-time RN's and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our growing team. Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit skilled nursing center located in Henderson, Ky.
Redbanks offers RN's 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation. Benefits include: $3 weekend shift differential, $3 shift differential for night shift, 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, Christmas bonus and tuition reimbursement.
We are currently offering $4000 sign-on-bonus. These bonuses are paid out in 30, 60, and 90 days.

Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA/SRNA) - Sebree FT/PT
Redbanks Colonial Terrace is currently hiring full-time and part-time Certified Nurse Assistants to join our Colonial Terrace team. Redbanks Colonial Terrace is a locally managed, Community focused, not-for-profit, Skilled nursing center located in Sebree, Ky. Full-time Certified Nurse Assistants works on a rotation, on this rotation you work 14 days a month with every other weekend off.
Shift Differentials include:
